Image: BFC7 Update: John O'Neill, President of Coal Creek Bush Tramway Inc reports (Jun 02): Since Coal Creek purchased the loco from Loyd's 5 years ago the loco has been restored to near pristine condition with all new tubes, a steam driven air compressor was purchased from the 'Talylyn Railway', Wales, new side water tanks were manufactured locally, new fire bars came from a Melbourne foundry, a new smoke stack complete with a spun copper top was fitted along with a new steel footplate. The loco is now renamed 'Count Strzlecki' in honour of an early explorer in our district. The other two locos Coal Creek own are a Ruston Hornsby diesel (ex-Sandhurst Village Bendigo) and a recently acquired Hudson Hunslet (ex ILRMS).
